ekoostik hookah has readied its first studio album in five years first since founding guitarist John Mullins unexpected return—-_Under Full Sail: It All Comes Together_. The two-disc set features a mix of recording techniques: the albums first disc is pure in-studio, while the albums second disc was recorded live in studio. The albums second disc was actually recorded in front of an audience of several hundred fans at Atlanta, Georgias Tree Sound Studios and features a complete reworked version of the groups 1991 release Under Full Sail, as well as new songs, interviews and live DVD footage.

ekoostik hookah will perform this weekend at Garrettsville, OHs the Blossom Blast Festival, which is held at Nelson Ledges Quarry Park. The group will close out May month by hosting its 27th biannual Hookahville festival at Legend Valley (formerly Buckeye Lake Music Center) from May 25 27. The event features two nights of ekoostik hookah, in addition to spots by Tea Leaf Green, The Wailers, Rusted Root, and Hot Buttered Rum, among others.
