This coming Friday at San Franciscos Grand Ballroom, Mickey Hart will perform with a new sextet assembled specifically for the Sing our For Seva! benefit. Mickey Hart and Friends also will feature his recent Rhythm Devils bandmates Steve Kimock and Jen Durkin, as well as his fellow former Other Ones drummer John Molo, Meters bassist George Porter, and Harts longtime collaborator Sikiru Adepoju. Also performing at the event which will serve as Wavy Gravys 71st birthday party, will be Chris Robinson and his ‘Wooden Family,’ Zero and Tea Leaf Green.
