Bonnaroo Goes Cold Turkey

Relixs Cold Turkey will once again podcast from Manchester, TN, throughout Bonnaroo. For the second year in a row, the Cold Turkey team of Mike Greenhaus and Benjy Eisen will also host a program on Radio Bonnaroo from 7-8 PM Friday night. The longtime scribes will spin cuts from past episodes of Cold Turkey and beyond. In addition, Cold Turkey will join columnist/Bonnaroo guru Annabel Lukins on the Sonic Stage from noon-6 PM on both Saturday and Sunday to interview many of the artists who perform throughout the weekend. Artists currently scheduled to appear on the Sonic Stage throughout the weekend include Warren Haynes, Jimmy Herring, Ralph Stanley, the Slip, Jorma Kaukonen, the North Mississippi Allstars, American Babies, Alexa Ray Joel, Sam Champion and Railroad Earth, among many others.
A recent addition to Bonnaroos ever growing lineup, American Babies will perform on the Sonic Stage at noon Saturday afternoon. The group, which features Brothers Pasts Tom Hamilton, the Duos Joe Russo and RANAs Scott Metzger, won a spot at Bonnaroo through an OurStage competition, though the groups members are no strangers to the festival. Hamilton performed at Bonnaroo last year with Brothers Past, Russo has appeared at the festival the past two years with Marco Benevento and Mike Gordon and Metzger played the inaugural Bonnaroo with RANA. American Babies recently completed its self-titled debut album.
