The latest act to confirm its New Years Eve plans isU-Melt. The former New Groove of the Month, who are profiled in the June issue of Relix, will ring in 2008 with a performance at New Yorks new Highline Ballroom. The quartet hit the stage at 2 AM (technically January 1) after moe. headlines the nearby Radio City Music Hall. A special pre-sale begins this Saturday, June 23, at noon through the Highline Ballroom’s TicketWeb service. The first 100 people who purchase a ticket will be given a free Commemorative Poster which will be signed by each member of the band.
