On a night off in Minneapolis, Particle took in a show at the Cabooze and opted
to join in on the action. God Johnson, featuring longtime Big Wu guitarist Jason
Fladager, was performing its original tune, ‘Electric Shoes,’ when Particle
staged an old-school moe.-inflected hostile takeover. One by one the members of
Particle took the stage, replacing the members of God Jonson until eventually Particle
jammed in GJ’s stead for about fifteen minutes. After this the members of God
Johnson returned one-by-one to complete the song. This evening, Particle is in Des
