This evening in Norwich, NY, Papa Grows Funk will open up a brief northeast swing. The group will then perform over each of the four days that follow, traveling to Boston for a Friday Groove Cruise, followed by a Saturday gig at the Beachcomber and a Sunday performance at World Cafive before wrapping things up on Monday at New York Citys Highline Ballroom. The group will then spend the remainder of July and much of August gigging around its New Orleans home. Then PGF will make the trek to Brazil, as starting on August 23 the quintet will appear in Sao Paolo, first at the Bourbon Street Music Club and then at the Bourbon Street Festival.
