On Friday night, following their performance at the Saranac Brewery in Utica, moe. guitarist Al Schnier and drummer Vinnie Amico, walked up the street for an Al & The Transamericans performance at the Electric Company. Their fellow moe. bandmates and crew were in attendance as well, and eventually many of them migrated to the stage. During ‘Mexico,’ Schnier handed his guitar off to moe. foil Chuck Garvey, who delivered his own take on Als signature solo (with Jim Loughlin subbing for Amico behind the kit).

Next up for moe. is a show in Cincinnati at Moonlite Gardens. The band has also announced that it will perform two additional dates in late-September, in Wallingford, CT at the Chevrolet Theatre on the 29th and then in Providence, RI at Lupos on the 30th. Al & The Transamericans will next surface at LEW-AU II in Newport, Vermont on July 22.
