Both the Assembly of Dust and JJ Grey & MOFRO have a series of summer dates yet to come. However both bands also have confirmed that they will join forces for an east coast run in the early fall. The bands will swap closing roles and likely will share some musical moments together over those two weeks. The tour will begin on September 25 at Washingtons 9:30 Club and wrap up on October 6 at Higher Ground in Burlington, VT, with two Highline Ballroom dates among the highlights as well (September 28 and 29). The groups are off until next week, with AOD performing a free show at Burlingtons Battery Park on July 26 and JJ Grey & MOFRO appearing at the Myrtle Beach House of Blues on July 27.
