String Cheese Incidents farewell (for now) tour continued over the weekend with an appearance at Detroit Lakes, MNs 10,000 Lakes Festival on Friday and a two-night run at Berkeley, CAs Greek Theater from Saturday to Sunday. Friday nights performance featured support spots from Sound Tribe Sector 9 and the Disco Biscuits, the later of whom lent some extra might to String Cheese Incidents show. During groups second set, the Disco Biscuits Jon Gutwillig and Aron Magner emerged for an jam during Desert Dawn. String Cheese Incidents Michael Travis and Jason Hann with both appear at the Disco Biscuits Camp Bisco festival in August.

Then, last night, Hot Buttered Rum and Railroad Earth played before String Cheese Incident at the Greek and both returned later in the evening. First, Hot Buttered Rums Aaron Redner, Erik Yates, Nat Keefe and Zac Matthews appeared on I’ll Fly Away and Walls of Time during the groups first set. A bit later in the evening, Railroad Earths Todd Sheaffer lent some vocals on Long Way To Go, before the rest of his bandmates took the stage for a jam during Sweet Melinda. Finally, the members off all three groups emerged during the groups encore for a show closing Will the Circle Be Unbroken.
String Cheese Incidents tour will continue with an appearance at North Plains, ORs Hornings Hideout on July 27. The group is also featured on the cover of the August issue of Relix.
