As the Allman Brothers Band wraps up its summer run, Gov’t Mule will tour steadily over the next two months, starting this coming Monday at Jazz Aspen. The band does have a two week window of open dates between its show at Memorial Auditorium in Burlington September 15 and its performance at Toronto’s Kool Haus on October 3rd. So, in an manner befitting fellow band member Warren Haynes, Mule bass player Andy Hess will spend much of this time on the road, gigging with Robben Ford from September 17-30. These dates will include multiple show runs at New York City’s Cutting Room, Washington, D.C.‘s Blue Alley and Yoshi’s in Oakland.
