Marc Brownstein and Aron Magner will play three more shows with the New Deals Jamie Shields and Darren Shearer next month. The quartet will perform as The Join at Lancaster, PAs Chameleon Club on November 15, Atlantic City, NJs House of Blues on November 16 and Allentown, PAs Crocodile Rock Cafn November 17. As previously reported, the New Deals Shields and Shearer have played with a variety of musicians, including members of Umphreys McGee, the Duo, Brothers Past and STS9, while bassist Dan Kurtz focuses on his indie-pop band Dragonette. Shearer has also become heavily involved in scientology and is currently directing his own Church of Scientology center. Its how I came to practice Scientology- by taking a course, Shearer told Jambands.com earlier this year, We also offer a detoxification program that uses the sauna, exercise and very specific vitamins, minerals and oils that aid the purging of residual toxins, drugs, and even radiation stored in the body that can adversely affect you both mentally and physically. Its something that really changed my clarity of mind and awareness.

Tonight, STS9 bassist David Murphy will appear with Shields and Shearer as The Join at the Fox Theater in Boulder.
