While excitement continues to resonate following the Led Zeppelin performance on Monday at London’s O2 Arena, vocalist Robert Plant’s only confirmed 2008 tour dates will draw in some other collaborators. Beginning on May 5 in Birmingham, UK, Plant will embark on a European tour with Alison Krauss to support their Raising Sand disc. The pair will gig with T Bone Burnett, who produced Raising Sand and performs on it as well. The tour, will extend throughout May, including stops in Germany, Belgium, France, Sweden and the Netherlands. From there Plant and Krauss will travel to the U.S. for a series of performances (making a rumored Robert Plant Bonnaroo appearance a possibility, at least in this context).
