Tomorrow night, the Macon Armory will host an event of particular interest to Allman Brothers Band fans. The 2nd annual Big House Foundation/Allman Brothers Band Museum Benefit will raise money for the forthcoming Allman Brothers Band Museum which is projected to open in 2009. Revival: A Benefit for the Big House Foundation will feature performances by Jimmy Hall (Wet Willie) with former Allman Brothers Band guitarist Jack Pearson, the Tommy Talton Band (Cowboy) and Caroline Aiken. The night also will offer food from Macon restaurants as well as both silent and live auctions. Proceeds will be directed to the Museum which will be located at the Big House in Macon, which the group occupied in the early 70’s.
