The Post Star is reporting some additional details concerning Trey Anastasios recent incarceration. As previously reported, last week Anastasio spent two days in an upstate New York jail, but has since been released. According to the Post Star, Anastasios recent incarceration stemmed from his missing a court-ordered counseling session as part of his participation in Washington County Drug Court. ‘From my perspective, he’s done very well in the program,’ Washington County Assistant District Attorney Tony Jordan told the paper. ‘He’s been moving right along and is on track to graduate. The article went onto say that Anastasio has passed all his drug tests since pleading guilty to a felony charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
