Next month, Yonder Mountain String Band’s Jeff Austin will draw together some familiar faces for a series of Colorado gigs. The Jeff and Friends shows also will feature Billy Nershi, Darol Anger and Bryn Davies. The quartet will travel from Boulder to Rollinsville for four gigs between March 12-15. Larry Keel and Natural Bridge will open the first three shows, and one can imagine that the Keels may well join in the action as well. Prior to then, Austin will perform an afternoon gig at 3 p.m. on March 8 in Steamboat’s Gondola Square as a trio with Nershi and Eric Thorin.
