Abigail Washburn & The Sparrow Quartet featuring Bela Fleck, Larry Keel and McMurray Farms, Ralph Roddenberry and Thunderdrums are among the latest additions to The Asheville Music Jamboree . These acts join an already stacked line-up that includes performances by Gov’t Mule, Keller & The Keels, Burning Spear, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, The Lee Boys, Jason Isbell, James McMurtry, RAQ, Jamie McLean Band, the Afromotive, The Barrel House Mamas, Laura Reed and Deep Pocket, Josh Phillips Folk Festival, Kellin Watson and the New Familiars. As previously reported, the three-day event will return to Asheville, NCs Deerfields Amphitheatre from May 23-25, combining music, art, nature, friendship, and family In addition the over 30 musical performances on a pair of stages, AMJam will also feature a mix of workshops, drum circles, parades, swimming, childrens activities, outdoor contests, campground performances, a craft village and fine dining (festival style of course!).
