STS9 has fleshed out some additional details its summer tour in support of the album peaceblaster. As previously reported, the group will play a series of West Coast shows, culminating with the bands annual appearances at Morrison, COs Red Rocks in early September. In addition to a fan club show at San Franciscos The Independent on August 15 and a high profile gig Berkeley, CAs The Greek Theatre on August 16, STS9 will perform at Portland, ORs McMenamin’s Edgefield on August 22 and Seattles Marymoor Amphitheatre on August 23 with special guests Blackalicious. After playing another fan club show at Boulder, COs Boulder Theatre on September 4, the sextet will headline Red Rocks on September 5 and 6, with Talib Kweli supporting on night one and both Ghostland Observatory and Bassnectar supporting on night two. Tickets for these fan club shows will only be available as two/three day passes with purchase of tickets to STS9s much larger Greek/Red Rocks shows

As previously reported, STS9 will spend the month of July on the road with Umphreys McGee. The co-bill will feature extended sets by both bands, beginning with an appearance at Madison WIs Willow Island Centre on July 10.
