Though STS9s forthcoming studio album Peaceblaster doesnt hit stores until July, the group has made the single Shock Doctrine available digitally to fans. The new track can currently be downloaded for free or streamed at www.1320records.com. Shock Doctrine is also featured on the first-ever 1320 podcast, which boasts new singles from artists off the bands self-owned label, 1320 Records, including Count Bass D, Pnuma Trio, Collective Efforts, sub-ID, Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey and LowPro Lounge.

STS9 will co-headline a series of shows with Umphreys McGee, beginning July 10 at Madison, WIs Willow Island Centre. Before hitting the road, STS9 will also make appearances at festivals like Wakarusa (6/7) and Rothbury (7/5), as well as Eugene, ORs Broadway Bloc Party event (6/13). Bassist David Murphy also recently sat in with Conspirator during a recent performance at Los Angeles The Roxy.
