Music for Democracy is a new Political Action Committee dedicated to creating positive change and raising voter awareness of crucial issues. The organization recently launched an official homepage will host an all night party this Saturday to celebrate. As of press time, the festivities are slated to run from 8 PM-4 AM at New Yorks Bowery Poetry Club, boasting an eclectic mix of bluegrass, classical, folk, rock, and electronic music. Acts slated to appear include Cliffside Push, Quintus Reuben Chess, Bear Kittay and Stephanie Rooker, among many, many others. Admission to the event will be by donation to Music for Democracy.
