Trey Anastasio graduated from his 14-month Washington County Drug Court program yesterday. According to NBC Channel 13 news, Whitehall’s Police Chief plans to maintain contact with Anastasio in hopes of having the former Phish guitarist perform a concert in Washington County. ‘I invited Chief LaChappelle who arrested me that night to come because I wanted him to be here,’ Anastasio said, according to Channel 13.‘I remember thanking him in the police station because I even thought the night I got arrested, my life is finally being saved.’ The guitarist will play his first official show since March of 2007 at Rothbury on July 6.
