The documentary film Wetlands Preserved: The Story of an Activist Rock Club will make its Sundance Channel premiere on Tuesday. The film will debut on July 1 at 10:10 p.m., followed by airings on Friday July 4 at 11:10 a.m. and Sunday July 6 at 4:10 pm. Wetlands Preserved incorporates archival footage, soundboard recordings and the efforts of a dozen digital animators to chronicle the story of New York City nightclub Wetlands Preserve from February 1989 through September 2001. Wetlands Preserved features music from Phish, Blues Traveler, moe., The Disco Biscuits, Dave Matthews Band, Sublime, Ben Harper, Spearhead, 311, Ani DiFranco, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Spin Doctors, Fishbone, Agnostic Front and many additional artists.
