Keller Williams and Yonder Mountain String Band co-headlined an evening of music at Indianapolis, INs Murat Egyptian Room last night. Early on in Yonders set, Williams emerged for version of New Horizons that was sandwiched around a cover of Iggy Pops Fun Time. Later in the evening, Williams returned the favor by inviting both Jeff Austin and Ben Kaufmann out for a take on Crater In The Backyard, a song he occasionally performed with Yonder during the Big Summer Classic in 2005. In addition, he also brought out Yonders Dave Johnston for a run through the groups Wind’s on Fire.’ Both Williams and Yonder will appear at Rothbury this weekend.
