Keller Williams summer tour with Yonder Mountain String Band continued last night at Seattle, WAs Marymoor Amphitheatre. Yonder played first and invited Williams onstage for a cover of Talking Heads Girlfriend is Better. Local banjo-ace Danny Barnes, who has worked with the likes of Robert Earl Keen and Darol Anger, also joined the group for a good chunk of its set, including takes on Fingerprint, Going Where They Do Not Know My Name, On and On, Good Ol Mountain Dew, Angel, Riverside and Angel. Later in the evening, Williams returned the favor by bringing out Adam Aijala for Remind Me, Dave Johnston for both Boob Job and Porta Potty and Jeff Austin for Running on Fumes. Williams and Yonder then closed the evening with joint covers of Little Feats Dixie Chicken and the Grateful Deads Bertha.

Keller Williams and Yonder Mountain String Band will perform next at Bozeman, MTs Emerson Theater this Thursday.
