On Tuesday, JJ Grey & Mofro released their fourth studio effort, Orange Blossoms. The group will support the disc with a steady stream of shows that will see the band cross the country through November, sharing most of these dates with Cody Dickinson’s Hill Country Revue. On Saturday, Grey and Mofro have invited the Hill Country Revue and a number of other acts to a one day event in Grey’s native Florida. The Blackwater Sol Revue will take place on Saturday from 1 PM – 10 PM at the St. Augustine Amphitheater with additional sets from Toots and the Maytals, The Lee Boys and Nervous Turkey. The Blackwater Sol Revue will kick off with a pre-party tonight at Caf1 featuring music from Hill Country Revue. The Lee Boys & Friends will then anchor a post-show event at Caf1 on Saturday night.
