Ozark, AKs The Mulberry Mountain Harvest Music took place this past weekend despite being faced with inclement weather. The festival featured a number of festival staples, including Leftover Salmon, Umphreys McGee, The Wailers, the Avett Bros., Perpetual Groove, Split Lip Rayfield, Great American Taxi, Cornmeal, Boombox, Hot Buttered Rum and New Monsoon. As expected, a number of familiar faces also collaborated at the festival, oftentimes in unfamiliar situations. One particularly intriguing sit in took place during Umphreys McGees set when Bill McKay sat in on both Resolution and Sly Stones Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin). McKay is best known as Leftover Salmons longtime keyboardist.

Umphreys McGee is off the road until an October 2 appearance at Kalamazoo, MIs State Theatre, while Leftover Salmon will headline Denvers Fillmore on Halloween.
