The Brew Bonds with BuzzUniverse, Plays Games On Halloween

Rising jamband The Brew spent Halloween at Unity, MEs Unity Center. As our friends at Hidden Track first reported, the groups two-set performance paid tribute to a variety of video game themes, including the music from Tetris, Sonic Adventure 2, The Legend of Zelda and the various installments in the Mario Brothers Saga.

A few days earlier, The Brew shared a bill with New Jerseys BuzzUniverse at Asbury Park NJs The Saint (BuzzUniverse and the Brew were back-to-back New Grooves of the Month in 2007). Rosie Lazroe, who opened the evening with The Jack, sang backup on ‘Lovelight. BuzzUniverse then celebrated Halloween at Kearny NJs Donegal Saloon by offering a series of rare songs and covers, including BauhausBela Lugosi’s Dead.
