Following its Pink Floyd spectacle on Halloween, Gov’t Mule has continued its Kinder Revolution Fall Tour, offering two sets of music at each show. Back Door Slam is opening all of the dates and over the past few gigs, guitarist Davy Knowles has guested with the Mule. On Saturday in Geneva, NY, he appeared for the ‘Almost Cut My Hair’ encore. The next night, again he joined at the close, this time for ‘Champagne & Reefer’ and ‘Politician.’ Last evening at Ram’s Head Live in Baltimore, Knowles stepped out a bit earlier, adding guitar to ‘Born Under A Bad Sign.’ Ron Holloway, who appeared with Gov’t Mule on Halloween, added sax to that song and was on on hand for quite a few selections, including ’32/20 Blues,’ ‘Devil Likes It Slow,’ ‘Sad And Deep As You’ and ‘Soulshine.’

Tonight Gov’t Mule and Back Door Slam travel to Covington, Kentucky for a show at the Madison Theatre.
