This weekend Keller Williams wrap up his current tour with Keith Moseley, Gibb Droll and Jeff Sipe. Next weekend, however he will step out for two shows with his Grunge Grass project, which will offer up bluegrass versions of 90s alt-rock hits with bassist Claude Auther and Jay Starling on dobro. The trio will appear at the Chameleon Club in Lancaster, PA on November 21, followed by a November 22 show at Ram’s Head on Stage in Annapolis, MD (as previously announced, Grunge Grass also will make an appearance during one of three sets at Keller’s New Year’s Eve show at Hilton Head, SCs Shoreline Ballroom). Then, looking ahead to 2009, Williams has announced a number of Southern solo shows, beginning on January 15 at Raleigh, NC’s Lincoln Theatre and continuing through February 4 at the Jupiter Bar in Tuscaloosa, AL.
