The Derek Trucks Band has added some European shows to its Spring 2009 tour itinerary. On April 22 the group will appear in London at Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Then on the 24th the band will travel to Sheffield for a gig at Plug. The next night sees the sextet in Manchester at Manchester Academy 3. The final announced show is then on April 30 in Paris at Alhambra, although it is certainly possible that the group will add some additional shows as it tours in support of Already Free. Last night the DTB performed ‘Down In The Flood’ on Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
