Following the recent cancellation of the Hamptonite Phish after parties on March 6 and 7, event anchors BoomBox, EOTO and Pretty Lights have joined together to organize a free ticket exchange for all ticket holders who lost money on their processing fees. According to the three bands, beginning February 17, all ticket holders who can prove proof of purchase, will be allotted a free replacement ticket to the show of their choice in 2009, for one of the three participating acts (festival and private dates excluded).
Both a dedicated fax line (866.540.0378) and email account ([email protected])) have been set up for ticket holders to submit their proof of purchase for review. The ticket exchange will end at midnight on March 17 and all approved participants will be contacted after March 18 to be given the opportunity to select their replacement show.

EOTO also clarifies that due to a change in venue, the ticket exchange does not apply to the groups rescheduled gig at the NorVa on March 6. EOTO will appear at Vashon, WAs Red Bicycle Bistro on February 18, while Pretty Lights will perform at Tuscaloosa, ALs Mellow Mushroom on February 20. Meanwhile, BoomBoxs next scheduled Starkville, MS on February 18.
