Longtime Front of House engineer Paul Languedoc has confirmed to Relix/Jambands.com that he will not join Phish on its upcoming reunion tour. Languedoc first ran the Vermont Quartets soundboard in 1986 and remained with the group through its final performance in 2004. He also designed many of Phishs trademark instruments over the years, including Trey Anastasios series of famed Marley guitars. In recent years Languedoc has sold his designer hollow body electric guitars through his own company, Languedoc Guitars, and has decided to focus his attention on this new business going forward. He remains close with Anastasio and the Phish camp, who will continue to use his instruments on the road.
