The next release from the Grateful Deads extensive archives will focus on the groups famed 1977 tour. A departure from the bands Road Trips series, To Terrapin: Hartford, May 28, 1977 will document a single show the final night on a mammoth tour that included The Deads stop at Cornell on May 8, 1977. Highlights from the Hartford Civic performance include the opening suite of Bertha, Good Lovin and Sugaree, a second set sequence comprised of Playing in the Band and Terrapin, a unique ‘Not Fade Away, Wharf Rat, and the Playing reprise. This release is being timed with The Deads return to the Hartford Civic on April 26.
