Updating a story from earlier today, we can now report that Widespread Panic will join The Allman Brothers Band for a series of Northeast, Midwest and Southern dates in August, September and October. At present 17 shows have been confirmed, starting on August 21 at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ. The two groups will then travel throughout Northeast over the remainder of the month including stops at Jones Beacon on August 27 and the Comcast Center (Great Woods) on August 30. The bands will then head to Chicago for two nights at the

Charter One Pavilion on September 2 and 3. The two bands will later pick up their tour in Charlotte, NC on October 3 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre, gigging together through a October 17 performance at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston.
