Wakarusa has added another round of artists to its 2009 roster of performers. More than 100 artists will appear at the festival including previously confirmed acts such as : The Black Crowes, Gov’t Mule, Yonder Mountain String Band, STS9, Galactic, G. Love and Special Sauce, Matisyahu, Les Claypool, JJ Grey and MOFRO, New Mastersounds, Buckethead, Sly & Robbie, Railroad Earth, Shpongle, Porter Batiste & Stoltz, Steve Kimock & Crazy Engine, Perpetual Groove, Josh Phillips Folk Festival, Old School Freight Train and Split Lip Rayfield. In addition, Wakarusa has announced a dozen new performers, with Gomez, Telepath, Mishka, Jonathan Tyler & the Northern Lights, The Hood Internet, Madahoochi, Samantha Crain and the Midnight Shivers, Elmwood, Scythian, Turbine, Mayola, Charliehorse and LFDC Funk, all appearing at the festival.
