Umphrey’s McGee headlined New York’s Nokia Theatre this past Friday and

Saturday for the first time since releasing the new studio album
Mantis. As a treat, the band ran through all the songs off
Mantis in order during its second set. The sextet then returned for
the lone encore of Pink Floyd’s ‘Comfortably Numb.’ The group also
recently announced a three night co-headlining run with Matisyahu. As of
press time, the two groups will make stops in at Boston’s Bank of America
Pavilion (7/7), Philadelphia’s Electric Factory (7/8) and New York’s
Central Park SummerStage (7/9), before Umphrey’s McGee moves south for an
appearance at Masontown, WV’s All Good Festival.
