Bonnie Raitt and Taj Mahal have confirmed a 30 date Summer tour. Starting on Thursday, August 6 at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport, PA the two veteran performers will cross the country, eventually landing at the Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, CA on Friday September 25. Each show on the BonTaj Roulet Tour will present full sets from Raitt and her group, Mahal and his Phantom Blues Band followed by a closing, collaborative performance. The two performers first met when she opened for him in the early 70s at a Skidmore College gig and he later co-produced her 1973 album, Takin’ My Time.
