moe. To Provide Bonnaroo Soundboard Patches; Announces First Round of moe.down Bands

Earlier this year moe. began offering fans delivery-on-demand MP3s of each night’s concert on a 1GB USB flash drive. The ‘moe. in a moe.ment’ program has offered a Front of House mix, derived from the vantage point of the group’s audio engineer. This year at Bonnaroo, as a thanks to its fans, who have supported the endeavor, the group is offering free ‘moe.foh hybrid mix’ soundboard patches to folks who wish to tape the show, which is slotted for 1-4AM on Saturday evening in This Tent. moe. also notes that ‘Patches are available on a first come, first served basis and crew will not be able to assist you with your gear, cords, power or strategies. As always, soundboards and audience tapings are free and tradable, USB recordings of other shows are not.’

Looking ahead, the 10th annual moe.down will return to Snow Ridge Ski Resort in Turin, NY over Labor Day weekend, September 4-6. The Ominous Seapods will reunite once more to join moe. at the festival. The other performers in the initial round of artists are: Matthew Sweet, Sam Bush, The New Mastersounds and The London Souls with many more to come.
