The High Sierra Music Festival has confirmed its Playshop performances schedule. These intimate shows mostly take place in the festivals High Sierra Music Hall and offer instructional, collaborative or other unique performances featuring previously confirmed

festival performers. Highlights include: The Wild World of Funk (Pimps Of Joytime with the Bonerama horn section), The Kitchen (an afternoon of improv with Marco Benevento and Skerik), Deconstructing and Reconstructing Music (style tips from the members of ALO and Umphreys McGee), High Sierra Pick Extravaganza (an acoustic picking session co-hosted by members of Cornmeal and The Del McCoury Band), Guitarmageddon (guitar jams with Tea Leaf Greens Josh Clark and Sean Leahy) and Kimock and Reed (a collaborative performance involving Steve Kimock and Reed Mathis).
In addition, the festival will host four Troubadour Sessions in High Sierras Mineral Building. Each session will include a round robin performance, beginning with
Joe Craven, Garrin Benfield, ALOs Dave Brogan and Raina Rose on Thursday, July 2.
Del McCoury, Tea Leaf Greens Trevor Garrod, Alice DiMicele and Jeff Pevar will then participate in the session on July 3, while Reid Genauer, ALOs Zach Gill, Nathan Moore and The Slips Brad Barr will join in on July 4. Finally, ALOs Lebo, Raina Rose, Big Lights Fred Torphy, Arnold Mitchem and Kaisa McDonald will close things our on July 5.
