The Emmitt-Nershi Band and Assembly of Dust will hit the road for a joint tour this fall.
The tour will kick off at Bostons Paradise Rock Club on September 24 and make stops in Portland, ME (9/25), New York (9/30), Plains, PA (10/1), West Chester, PA (10/2),
Towson, MD (10/3), Denver (10/16), Boulder (10/17), Durango, CO (10/18), Los Angeles (10/21), San Francisco (10/22), Eureka, CA (10/23), Portland, OR (10/24) and Seattle (10/25). The Emmitt-Nershi Band will consist of Drew Emmitt on mandolin and vocals (Leftover Salmon), Bill Nershi on acoustic guitar and vocals (String Cheese Incident), Andy Thorn on banjo (Larry Keel, Drew Emmitt Band) and Tyler Grant on bass (Drew Emmitt Band). The Emmitt-Nershi Band will close out the West Coast leg of the tour, while Assembly of Dust will close the East Coast leg of the journey.

The Emmitt-Nershi will release New Country Blues on September 29, while AOD will issue Some Assembly Required on July 21. Nershi and AOD singer Reid Genauer hit the road together in 1998 on the Hoodoo Bash tour with String Cheese Incident and Strangefolk, respectively.
