Brooklyn Bowl will step things up next week. On Tuesday August 4, the high-tech bowling facility/music venue/eatery will launch its complete food menu, which will be supplied by Blue Ribbon Restaurants. Brooklyn Bowl will mark the occasion with a free performance by Eric Krasno & Chapter 2. This will be one of three free shows at Brooklyn Bowl next week, which will also offer music from Alberta Cross on Wednesday and Blues & Lasers on Friday. Brooklyn Bowl was founded by longtime Wetlands general manager Charley Ryan and former Wetlands owner (and current Relix publisher) Peter Shapiro.
