San Franciscos Outside Lands Music & Arts festival add a late night component this summer. After the days festivities come to a close at San Franciscos Golden Gate Park, the events promoters will present music at four area-venues: Mezzanine, The Independent, Rickshaw Stop and Poleng Lounge.

The Dodos, Spencey Dude & the Doodles, Akron/Family, Howlin Rain, The Dirtbombs, The Sermon, Ty Segall, Gang Gang Dance, Ariel Pink and Amanda Blank are among the acts scheduled to appear at the Rickshaw Stop throughout the weekend, while Street Sweeper Social Club, Calexico, Sergio Mendoza y La Orkesta, Os Mutantes and Extra Golden will all make appearances at the Independent. Meanwhile, The Mezzanine will present Conor Oberst & the Mystic Valley Band and the Golden Gate Gramble II, the latter of which is a collaborative evening of music featuring ALO, Counter Clarkwise and Newfangled Wasteland. Finally, the Poleng Lounge has confirmed Beats Antique, Pleasuremaker, Mopo, Senor Oz, ALO guitarist LEBO and DJ Motion Potion.

Outside Lands will take place from August 28-30. Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam, Incubus, the National, Black Eyed Peas, Ween and the Dead Weather are among the acts scheduled to appear at the three-day event. A replacement for the Beastie Boys headlining spot has yet to be named.
