Ohio-based bands will form the core of Shamy Bash, which opens this Thursday and extends through the weekend. The event, now in its fourth year, began as a backyard keg party and now will take place over three nights at the Frontier Ranch in Pataskala, Ohio. Keller Williams will headline the event and is scheduled to perform on Saturday night. The other performers are drawn from the Ohio area and include recent Jambands.com New Groove of the Month Rumpke Mountain Boys, who will deliver a late night show on Friday followed by a performance on All Night Snugglefest Stage on Saturday, slated to extend from 1:00 a.m. to sunrise. The line-up also includes: One Under, The Spikedrivers (with ekoostik hookah’s Steve Sweney), The Maji, The Werks, Jones for Revival, Boogie Matrix Mechanism and Mike Perkins. Tickets which will be available at the gate run from $35-65.
