The 9th annual Trinumeral Music and Arts Festival will take place just south of Asheville, NC at Deerfields Retreat & Music Park from September 10-13. As befits its name, the event will kick off on 9/9/09 with the Official Launch Party at The Orange Peel in downtown Asheville. Lipp Service, featuring Eliot Lipp and members of Pnuma Trio has been announced to perform at that event, where the first 999 folks who purchase advance tickets will receive free passes to the performance. As for the festival proper, Bela Fleck, Zakir Hussain & Edgar Meyer are among the latest additions, along with Conspirator, M80 Dubstation and The Egg. They join a line-up that already includes: The Glitch Mob, Pretty Lights, Sun Ra Arkestra, Toubab Krewe, Gift of Gab, New Mastersounds, Future Rock, Boombox, Break Science and many others with the full details at the Trinumeral site.
