The UC Irvine Spirit Squad made an appearance on The Tonight Show last evening to celebrate Phish’s Festival 8. Conan O’Brien introduced the Squad during a segment in which he asked audience members if they had a particular cause they wished to promote. One individual, decked out in shirt that emulated Jon Fishman’s donut dress, sounded off for the Phish event. O’Brien then questioned, “Are you present right now?” before bringing out the cheerleaders to hail Phish.
