Last night, Jason Crosby’s weekly residency at New York’s Living room continued. Near the end of the night, guitarist Scott Metzger emerged to play on the last four songs of the multi-instrumentalist’s set. The final song of the night, a cover of Bob Dylan’s “It Takes A Lot To Laugh, It Takes A Train To Cry,” also included an appearance by John Popper on harmonica. Fittingly, Dylan also performed in New York last night.

Crosby will perform at Skippack, PA’s Dutch Tavern this evening, while Scott Metzger will perform the music of the Velvet Underground with the one-time-only band HEROIN at New York’s Sullivan Hall on December 19.
