State Radio’s Chad Stokes will host a benefit for Calling All Crows at Somerville, MA’s Arts At the Armory on December 11 and 12. Stokes will be joined by “some good friends” each night and Lefty both night. December 11’s cast includes Stokes’ former Dispatch collaborator Pete Francis & Michael “Mad Dog” Najarian, while December 12’s lineup will feature Stephen Kellogg. The guitarist will play s stripped-own versions of State Radio and Dispatch tunes in an intimate, sit-down setting each night.

In addition, Stokes’ band State Radio has confirmed its New Year’s plans. The group will appear at Asheville, NC’s Orange Peel on December 30 and 31. Toubab Krewe will also perform both nights.
