"Old School Percy Hill" Returns in NH

On Friday night, self-described “Old School Percy Hill” took the stage at the Stone Church in Newmarket, NH. It has been well more than a decade since the group appeared in this formation with stalwarts Joe Farrell (guitar) and Nate Wilson (keys) joined by Nate’s big brother Zack on percussion, guitarist Tom Powley drummer Dylan Halacy and bassist Jeremy Hill. The group focused on material from the band’s early years, with only the Farrell-Wilson composition “Fallen” representing the Color in Bloom and After All eras. Percy opened with “Million Days” and the two set performance also included versions of “Been So Long,” “Setting the Boat Adrift” and “Rush Hour Traffic.” As the evening ended, Powley promised the crowd “This won’t be the last time, I can tell you that.”

For more on the show, check out Dylan Stableford’s review of the evening.
