Yoko Ono will celebrate the success of her new album Between My Head And The Sky with a performance at Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Academy of Music on February 16. The singer will perform with her recently revived Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band. The group features her son Sean Lennon and the creative Japanese musicians Haruomi Hosono, Yuka Honda and Cornelius (Keigo Oyamada, Hirotaka Shimizu and Yuko Araki). Several guests are expected to join Ono onstage, including Bette Midler, Justin Bond, Kim Gordon, Thurston Moore, Mark Ronson, Scissor Sisters, Martha Wainwright, Haruomi Hosono, Paul Simon and Harper Simon

The performance will also feature appearances by Eric Clapton and Klaus Voorman, both of whom were original members of the Plastic Ono Band. Clapton is in New York for performances with Jeff Beck at New York’s Madison Square Garden on February 18 and 19.
