A number of artists have joined the lineup for Hunter, NY’s annual Mountain Jam Music Festival. Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas will make their debut at the festival, while Allison Moorer will perform on Mountain Jam’s Awareness Village Acoustic Stage.

Numerous musicians will also join Levon Helm for his festival-closing 70th Birthday Jubilee. In addition to previously confirmed musicians like Warren Haynes and Patterson Hood, Ray LaMontagne, Steve Earle and Jackie Greene will all make their way to Hunter, NY to join Helm onstage. Patterson Hood’s father, legendary Muscle Shoals bassist David Hood, and Moorer will both also sit in with Helm during his set.

As in years past, Gov’t Mule will headline the festival with two full performances. Other acts scheduled to appear include: Michael Franti & Spearhead, Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band, Yonder Mountain String Band, The Drive-By Truckers,The Avett Brothers, Les Claypool, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Dr. Dog, The New Mastersounds, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, The London Souls, Toots and the Maytals, Dave Mason, One eskimO and the Jamie McLean Band, among many others.
