Jibberjazz Productions presented its 5th Annual Some Kind of Jam Festival on April 23 and 24. The event took place in Schuyhill, PA and featured performances by the likes of the Macpodz, Cabinet, Rumblebucket and recent Relix.com Audio Poll winners Dakini. In addition the Everyone Orchestra conducted by Matt Butler headlined Saturday night. This version of the all-star band drew in such musicians as drummer Rodney Holmes (Steve Kimock Band, Santana), keyboardist Todd Stoops (RAQ), guitarist Mark Diomede (Juggling Suns), bassist Marc Sterling (Jazzam), guitarist Joe Wagner (Displaced Peoples), percussionist Terry Dame (Electric Junkyard Gamelan), saxophonist Nick Merena (The Big Dirty), flutist Nick Ayers (The Macpodz), trumpeter Ross Huff (The Macpodz), mandolin/sitar player John Jamison (Jatoba) and bassist Matt Homiak (Coal Region Allstars), as well as vocalists Kyle Morgan and Nina Scarcia- Vocals. Jibberjazz Productions’ summer series will continue with the Midsummer Meltdown from June 25-27, 2010.
